1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:  
– Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.  
– You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.  
– You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items:  
– Live-sale bags.
– Customized or personalised items.  
– Clearance or final sale items.  
– Gift cards.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.  

Note: 
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
– If your order includes free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Please contact us at lisayustudioo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect or damage.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:  
1. Check your bank or payment account.  
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Cancellations 
1.You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this time, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.  
2. You can’t cancel live sale orders as they may be delivered directly after the live sale.
